While I do not have a medical condition that requires me to eat anti inflammatory foods and recipes, I feel that they really make me feel better and less bloated. Thank you for sharing this great list. I will be trying some of these soon.

Thanks! She's finally feeling comfortable with the cat and she's now chasing her around the house. It's easily changed up by switching out recipes too!

I just love the photo of that little pup! So cute! I was looking over the recipes and then I saw butternut squash. I just love that vegetable and I'd eat it every day if I could. I'm about to explore the other recipes too now, so yum!

Yes way cheaper! We get to have grass-fed filet and sirloin for a little more than non-grass-fed ground beef! You can't beat it. You just need some freezer space.

Oh, Wow I'm going to try the egg cups that would be perfect for me to eat on the go as I'm headed to work. I'm trying to incorporate more protein in real foods and less carbs. I so wish I had tips on potty training a puppy. I have a now 4month old feist and still not totally trained! Bad thing is he knows he is not supposed to do it. I think he gets to playing too hard and forgets then it's too late. Good luck!

Me too! Inflammation is the cause of so many chronic diseases. It is such a same that not many schools teach nutrition classes, since proper nutrition can prevent so many diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, etc. I can't wait until she is done with all her shots and we can go running 🙂
